Please call our office Monday through Thursday between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm and Friday between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm to schedule an appointment. We ask that you be on time for your scheduled appointment and, if you are a new patient, come 10 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. Some of this paperwork can be downloaded from this website and filled out prior to your appointment.


If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled. If you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment, please call our office 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment time to another patient. We make every effort to see all patients at their scheduled appointment time, but occasionally, emergencies arise or surgeries take longer than anticipated. We do ask for your patience and understanding in these situations and we will work diligently to accommodate all of our patients when delays occur.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.
